rochester and earlier in buffalo, binghamton, new york, even severe thunderstorm warnings out there. nonetheless, with a strong winds, the colors are now coming on. this is the time of the year early october up into the northeast kingdom of vermont and some color beginning to just show up around skyline drive. i was out there this weekend. we've still got several weeks right in our own backyard, but it is a wonderful colorful time of the year. not so wonderful having some of those storms. fortunately for folks around the gulf and so much of the eastern united states, no tropical storms. this has been a quiet year. look, can you see several weather fronts marching along. that's the one moving off the coast. here is what is left now of that terrible tropical storm that was casanna. now it's moving into vietnam after passing through northern philippines and all that have flooding. there's also more tropical rains into india, but much of the west of the tropics are quiet. for us overnight tonight what we'll be seeing is that weather front moving off the coast. little area of low pressure
